Getting a W9

To obtain a W9 form for your accounting department, there are two options available:

1. To request a W9 form, please send an email to jeff@livestockjudging.com.
   To ensure a prompt response, please include "W9" in the subject line, if our e-mail is up, the response will be immediate.
