Video Not Playing

If it is not loading, it means one of two things...

1. The AWS Oregon data center is down, causing wide-ranging outages across the entire internet.
2. Your network is blocking the video from playing

Since we started hosting our video on AWS in 2017, #1 has never happened.

#2 happens quite frequently, ESPECIALLY on school networks. Your school district may block MP4 video playback for security reasons. We recommend reaching out to your tech department to inquire about this.

If your school operates under a highly restrictive network, kindly request your tech department to whitelist the following URLs:

• *.livestockjudging.com
• *livestock.hls.s3.amazonaws.com/*
• *livestock.thumbs.s3.amazonaws.com/*
• *.olark.com (only for support chat)
